2. Eli is married to a non employed spouse and they have no dependants.

3. Eli is married to Vera and employed spouse who earns 25,000 and they have three dependent children. Eli and Vera do not qualify for the child tax credit. On the form that Vera filed she claimed 0.

 4. the same as question 3 however they support Elis mother.

 5. Eli is single with no dependants but works for two employers 1 on a full time basis and the other n a part time basis. The W-4 filed out with the first employer (full time) the wages from both jobs is over 1000.00

 6. The above is true, but Eli is married to a non employed spouse. 

 

 All of the above can be considered but however on a W-4 u can claim as many people as you want to claim. In the end you have to have the correct paperwork to back up your claims when it comes to filing your taxes.
