The Supreme Court can be said to the enforcer of the constitution in its capacity as the highest judicial authority of the country. The Supreme Court does not make or frame laws, literally. However, as the Supreme Court in the case of disputes ultimately defines what is right as per the constitution of the country
Laws are made by the parliament, which first discusses the reason for which the law is required, ensures preparation and checking of the legal background through the Attorney General and is then raised before the Parliament, in the form of a Bill. Once the bill is passed by the parliament, the bill becomes a law if it is endorsed by the executive without application of the Veto .Supreme Court cases are mostly appeals against the rulings of lower courts, with the losing party filing an appeal.
