In a paragraph, write down how you will approach the chief accountant to set up an interview.
The approach I would use for getting an interview from the Chief Accountant would be through making contact formally and then by email. When contacting formally, I would introduce myself explaining what I do for the company. I would also explain that I need to setup an interview discussing the topic at hand. I would then offer to send the interview questions via email. The information in the email I would use would provide good details regarding the purpose of the interview. The idea is to be clear enough to the Accountant so as to have a good chance to get the interview. It would be beneficial to also provide a detailed interview agenda as another added step to getting the interview. Another idea would be to send a list of questions to the accountant’s attention requesting an interview and thanking them for the time.
State which structure you will choose for this interview. Why?
As an analyst I would use the Pyramid Structure which is basically a structure that starts with to the point type questioning and ends with open-ended questioning
