Southwest Airlines Inc. is known for its culture. Most of us have experienced their excellent customer service.
Herb Kelleher, the legendary charismatic founder and former CEO, and now Chairman of the Board, is well know for the customer service (but not only) culture he created. Gary Keller has continued to nourish the same culture.
Let us examine motivating the workforce at Southwest airlines.
