1.Critique the concept of a "Bona Fide Occupational Qualification" (BFOQ)
2.Decide when and under what circumstances an employee dress code and grooming requirements are permissible (reasonable and nondiscriminatory)
3.Appraise situations that constitute sexual harassment. Be sure to address the six requirements (Ch.11)
4.Discuss the difference between the two types of sexual harassment: “Hostile Work Environment” and “Quid Quo Pro?”
5.What is Gender-plus discrimination?
6.Provide at least 2 recommendations for how managers could prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
To successfully complete the project, the following are the minimum requirements:
•Complete a two- to three- page paper in APA format: 12 pt font, double spaced, indented paragraphs, citations, reference list, etc.
•Include introductory and summary paragraphs.
•Write a synopsis of the case, which should include a summary of the main issues.

•Reinforce your personal opinions with outside references and cite all works used.
•Demonstrate your understanding of the weekly objectives through your response.
•Ensure that each question at the end of the case is answered within the content of your paper.
