1. What caused the perceived need for the law or change in the law?

We all know that it is the law that maintains the equilibrium of relations between people. Actually, the law depicts the societal morals itself. A judge’s duty is to find the aim of each and every law in society and uphold the law to achieve its aim.

A change in law is introduced by the change in society. Indeed, when the social culture tends to change, the law must also change to incorporate the latest reforms in culture. However, sometimes these law reforms bring up appropriate results, and sometimes leave with a major loop hole.
