Solution Description

As I have gone through the years of my life I would have to say that the past five years have been filled with the most life changing events. As I look back on my life through my earlier years and teenage years I now realize that the problems I was facing back then and how much I thought I was mature and experienced do not compare to what the last five years has given me. Although some of my experiences in the past five years were traumatic and hard to get over, there were also many joyous events that I encountered.

     Over the past five years I have seen my life evolve and I feel like my purpose in life is now clearer to me than it ever was. I do however, still often wonder where I will end up in the next ten years, but I now know I am on the right path to reaching my goals. Events that have led to my realization are broken down into three separate groups. These events include, serving two tours in Iraq, getting married, and becoming a father to two boys. Out of these three groups, becoming a parent is the event that has drastically helped my life to evolve and show me how truly lucky I
