Distribution strategy depends upon the resources and the objectives of the firm. Distribution strategies are suitable in purchasing the product according to their needs for the customer. The strategic decision must be intensive and selection. The channel distribution that provides best coverage for the selected product is direct distribution strategy. The decision depends on the channel of agents, distributor etc. In the selected product the direct marketing strategy is combined with the indirect marketing strategy. Marketing strategies are of two types they are vertical and horizontal. The suppliers and the intermediaries are close in the vertical marketing system. Delivery schedules and the quality levels are planned in the vertical marketing system. Vertical interaction is not flexible than the vertical marketing systems.
