The organizational issues in technology, communications and staffing involve the different management manner of writing, speaking, or performing. Scholars have devoted increasing attention to similarities and difference in the organization issues. This paper critiques the comparative literature on those organizations in order to access the usefulness of the public distinction in organization theory.
