1. I guess as to ridiculous I would have to refer you to one of the famous ridiculous law suits that actual gained the person quit a tidy some of cash. In this case I refer you to the McDonalds, hot coffee law suit. http://www.vanosteen.com/mcdonalds-coffee-lawsuit.htm.

If you think that was a ridiculous here are a few more for you to ponder, http://www.the-injury-lawyer-directory.com/ridiculous_lawsuits.html

As a point to ponder do these items mentioned provide evidence of Caveat Venditor, explain your answer.

2.  I  would have assumed that the legal department within McDonalds would have taken care of the bill and maybe some sort of free coffee for life scenario. you noted that you did not agree that the coffee should be so hot that it could cause third degree burns. Doing a bit of research with our friends at Yahoo provided some interesting data, it seems that what is required to do this sort of damage is not that out of the realm of many hot drinks, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080702132525AAehcC8.

3. Cannot argue the point as to importance of loyalty. Now with that said, this idea of loyalty is developed over a period of time. It has been issues associated with it, one of which is in how to gather information as was reflected in our reading for this week (Armstrong, 2011).

Another issue which is not discussed deals with the movement of people. Being from another part of the country and moving will in many cases have you changing certain products you were loyal to, due to availability. This is seen if you are in the south and move north or mover across to a different coast.

As a point to ponder, what are some other occurrences effect customer loyalty?

4.As to understanding the needs and wants of a target group, this is of importance to the new company. As to having a complete understanding this is not going to happen, and this is the reason that some products and or services do not make the level of sales that some companies are looking for in their new offerings.

As a point to ponder, what are some of the reasons you cannot have a complete understanding of a target market?
