Direct and indirect are both great choices for distribution channels. However, I tend to believe (my age) indirect would be the way I would chose. Indirect advantages: sales professionals (with training) will increase the awareness and should be able to answer question and run you through the product, useful when location of home base is too far from consumers, bigger impact area because of sales volume and it allow producers to focus on production instead of sales. But it also has some disadvantages: More expensive than direct distribution and possible less control over product. Direct advantages: less complicated, cheaper, no middle person while some disadvantages could be hinder by producers may not be good marketers, sales take time away from production and some may not be objective in sales. Both should have positive impact if things goes well.

Pull Strategy can offer more incentives to reach the end-user which is the consumer and in effect making us more aware to the new product. Many brands tend to use this method because they are already established and we know what kind of product (quality) that we might have previous used. Apple and Samsung has been at the forefront of the market as others (Acer/Hewlett-Packard) are trying to creep into the lime light. Sure the example might be well know but has not been the tablet game as long hence giving the front runners a good start for customer satisfaction. I am not saying other cannot take away sales but just like anything else trust and loyalty are two things is hard to break unless they totally flop on a product.

Since nothing is guarantee, care is needed to make sure whatever method you used will be simple and accessible to the consumer since we are the bread and butter of the operation. Technical support is available on twenty-four basis for those of us who has not master everything and a great return policy if not satisfied with the product.

I believe Golds Reling, Inc. is the way to reach potential consumers, once they are ready to launch their new products is to decide whether to use intermediary in the distribution channel depends on many factors, but it also involves whether consumers successfully met the sources and skills of the producers. Furthermore, three basic functions by intermediary in distribution channels are:

1.      Transaction- The other way to find out where the company stands out is to know the
