Organizational strategy deals with the strategy of the entire organization. Before implementing it several steps need to be taken. The steps are organizing, resourcing, and change management. Organizing relates to how an organizational structure aligns with a chosen strategy. This step relates to the nature of the reporting relationship, span of control, and any other adjustments needed in the organizational control. The second step is the resources that are required to make the strategy work. This includes human resources factor such as training etc to make the strategy work. Last step is the change management which includes any change agent that acts as a role model. Time plays an important role in the implementation of a strategy.
