The final paper is due Sat. It should be in 6th edition APA format: with at least 2100 words of writing on the topic, plus a title page and a reference page.
You are required to include information from 3 references, and I require the textbook as the primary source with 2 additional academic sources (no Wikipedia, etc.) of your choosing.
There were a number of common errors in your week 3 papers, including incorrect header format, and extra spacing between paragraphs.
Please review my feedback, as well as the Ashford APA sample paper and checklist that I am emailing, to make the necessary corrections to your documents.

Focus of the Final Paper
Think of an organization you have worked for or one with which you are very familiar. Diagnose the need for change and present a plan to transform the organization, utilizing Kotter’s 8-Step Approach.

A major purpose of a final paper is demonstration of your understanding of the principles covered during the course. This is a required component.
You will be including expository writing: explaining the concepts presented in the course, supported by citation.
You are required to include information from 3 references. Remember that body of the paper must contain quotation or paraphrasing from those references, followed by proper citation.
Follow the outline carefully. Begin with an introduction, followed by an overview of the company.
Next, include a diagnosis of the company and your assessment of the necessary changes. Support your diagnosis with reference to the text and other sources.
The 4th section, Kotter's 8 step approach, should be the focus of the paper. My suggestion is that you present each step, explained in depth and well supported by your references.
Once you have explained each step, present the section of your change plan that correlates to that step.
For instance, step 1 is create a sense of urgency. Define this step. From a research standpoint, what is the "textbook" definition of this step, and what does it mean in your own words.
Why is this step important? How, exactly, would you implement this step of your change plan at the organization you have selected?
Follow this format for each of the 8 steps, presenting them in order. Define each step carefully, and then correlate your plan to implement that step in the organization you have selected.
Finally, present your conclusion.
