i will quote the example of my former organization for this question considering the President

and upper management in particular.its difficult to answer the particular plan followed by the

upper management to acheive the set goals as many factors are involved.many departments are

working towards the common goal alongwith their independent goals.proper plans are formulated to

sale aircrafts,spare parts and servise contracts and acheive the goals.

 

in my former organization the President was an alluring personlaity who possesed good leadership

skills.the workplace environment was performance oriented but focus was given on communication

and bridging gaps among employees.periodic performance review meetings were conducted by him

which were very open and freindly meetings.he use to discuss,motivate and encourage ideas from
