Graphing pros are better visualization, easier to spot multiple solutions if exist, and good for estimation. Cons of graphing are by observing point of intersection hard to tell exact solution, graphing by hand is difficult, Difficult at times to decide x and y axis window. Substitution pros are simple equation is very easy. Con would be difficult at times of multiple equations. Elimination pros and cons would be the same answers as substitution. I prefer graphing because I am able to see a picture of what is being solved. I learn better using a visual method versus symbols and numbers.
