The Supreme Court generally only accepts cases which are, in the opinion of four of the justices, likely to result in the reversal of the intermediate appellate court or state supreme court decision. So it can be about how the Court did so, it just has to be based upon the opinion; you can also use articles about it for background, but the point is to actually read a decision.
