1) Identify and discuss at least two barriers that people in underdeveloped countries face in attempting to adopt technology such as Windows 7 Starter Edition.

Some of the barriers for using a technology such as Windows 7 Starter Edition are the living conditions available and the lack of technical knowledge. The major problem I see is that the living conditions in an underdeveloped country are so much different from what we consider normal in a technology rich country that they are not often even thought about.
