· If you were the human resources leader for an organization that employed 500 people and was growing, what steps would you take to effectively manage wages?
In order to effectively manage wages of the employees in our organization I will have to develop talent and retain employees in such a way that employees are motivated. Regular assessment of pay scale and salary will be conducted by myself and proper salary increase or bonus or incentives will be given to deserving employees depending upon their targets and performance.
