Which tools would you recommend for an organization to improve customer satisfaction? Why?

 

Surveys can provide managers with valuable information from what the patient has to say. For example a survey allows the customers to make suggestions on what may need improvement and ways to improve the issue. This information can be gathered and used to look for similar patterns in customers’ dissatisfactions, and towards improving the quality outcomes in the organization.
