Request Description

I could see how easily a novice would be confused with directive orders. An advance directive is a legal form in which patients provide instructions on how they want to be treated if they cannot make the decisions for themselves.  Clerical data is the information about a patient’s care and treatment. Administrative data is financial, demographic, and socioeconomic information which is taken upon a patient’s admission. A novice could easily be confused if they do not know what an advance directive is. As you can see administrative and clerical data are both different and beginners should be well trained and educated about the directive orders.
