Leaders are different from the Chief Executive Officers of organizations. As Burnes and Todnam say “leadership is a process that is not speci?cally a function of the person in charge. Leadership is a function of individual wills and individual needs, and the result of the dynamics of collective will organized to meet those various needs”.(2011). In fact the transformational CEO specially places people to notice what is lacking between the home organization, the competition and the industry as a whole.
