Today, advancement in technology and considerable improvement in the standards of living is posing significant challenges to administrators of various organizations. This is because younger employees prefer to work in environments that have a very high level of freedom, technologically up-to-date, friendly and casual, and neat and orderly. Due to civilization, younger employees have body piercings, tattoos and body arts with the dress code that are putting their leaders in a great dilemma since they may not know what to do when faced with such cases. Some of these tattoos and body parts do not conform to the societal norms and create an unfortunate image of an organization to the society. Leaders in the justice system are among the many leaders who find themselves in this dilemma. This paper will, therefore, evaluate a justice administration scenario, where Newton’s case will be assessed. Further, the kind of disciplinary actions will be explained, and potential ramifications or issues that an individual should be aware of in the consideration of disciplinary actions will be identified.
