ELL 240 WEEK 2 DQ 2 language Acquisition.
What are the challenges faced by teachers in moving children from one level to the next?
I will discuss The fun of language Acquisition by using some examples of my Russian learning experience when I was in Kazakhstan. So the first stage is called the silent stage. When I first moved to Kazakhstan I did not speak the language and so the only way I communicated with the local people in the market was by using , pictures and gestures, such as pointing nodding and shaking my head that explained what I needed.
The second stage is called the Early Production in which students can speak using two word phrases and answer yes no questions.
The third stage is when students can answer more complicated questions and carry on with a dialog that might have proficient grammatical errors. &
