Solution Description

Over the years, there has been a number of events that have contributed to the current judicial court system. Based on these experiences, the judicial system has made some changes to accommodate the public, but in other areas they are still lacking. The judicial system is a reflection of public opinions and demands at that current moment and will always be a work in progress. 

Courts systems in general ????

A court is generally defined as an entity of the government's judicial system. This entity commissioned by legislation for the purpose of rendering decisions on cases and disputes in the laws that govern society (Schmalleger and et all, 2011). The U.S. courts system is divided into two different sections: state courts and federal courts. Both of these sections are independent, unlike other law enforcement agencies that overlap their duties with one another to achieve a desired result. When creating a court system, certain qualifications must be met for the court to be able to operate. The court must be established through the judicial branch of the government. The other stipulations are defined as having the legal authority granted by the constitution and being able to render decisions that can be enforced by the legal system (Schmalleger and et all, 2011). ?

The current role of the modern court systems renders judgments and oversees cases brought before them. Another aspect of the courts is settling disputes and making decisions based on the evidence presented to them. They will also assign legal liability on behalf of the party that is found at fault, and administrate the appropriate sanction for the action (Schmalleger and et all, 2011). In t
