The growth of the internet, political blogs, radio talk shows, and cable and satellite TV are giving the citizens instant access to news and commentary. In earlier times, you had 4 to 6 network TV channels, and the local newspapers. I think that people were fed whatever the large corporations and the government agencies wanted them to be fed and most of the time the media just went along. Now you know why the first thing dictators do when they take over, is shut down the free press and people's access to the full internet. Long live the First Amendment. Any thoughts about that? (100 word)

I think experience influences and educates corporation over time. Why would a company who makes tons of profits change while operating unethically change? (100 word)

A recent example of unethical behavior I experienced was the vice president of human resources for the company I currently work for came into my office and told me he did not want to pay taxes for the state we operate our business in (he lives in another state and commutes).  I have a couple of problems with this demand; number 1: he is the vice president of human resources and is telling me to NOT WITHHOLD STATE INCOME TAX, number 2. I think it is unethical for him to even approach me with such a demand, and number 3: he should know it is not up to me (or him for that matter) to determine what state he is obligated to pay taxes in!  What do you think? (100 word)
