BUS 475 Swot Analysis
What is a SWOT analysis? Consider an organization you are familiar with or an organization you select through research. How would a SWOT analysis be incorporated into the quality process during the planning phase?
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT).
SWOT analysis is a guiding tool to audit an organization, internally and externally. Being the initial planning stage, it helps strategists to focus on core issues.
Strengths and Weaknesses are internal factors.
A strength could be:
· Specialist marketing expertise.
· A new, innovative product or service.
· Location of the business.
· Quality processes and procedures.
