Social media has a huge impact on consumer behavior because it provides information to so many people in such a short amount of time. It's basically an improved word of mouth. I find Facebook to be the most influential on my personal choices. I am a huge fan of Bud Light Platinum. I have liked their page on Facebook and often share some of their posts. They frequently post pictures with creative marketing slogans. I am just one person that shares their advertisements. I'm sure there are millions of others that do the same. I believe that social media is a very reliable tool when promoting public policy.<
