Using the Northcentral University Library to conduct preliminary research, locate a minimum of two (2) articles to help identify the differences between the two types of HR functions identified: generalist and specialist. In a paper, indicate whether one type of HR specialty is viewed as superior. Do the authors of the articles you located take a position and seem to support one function over the other? Defend your argument with examples of how specialists and generalists work within an organization.
