Knowing that change has never been easy, it will take a lot from any individual that who choses to switch to a healthy diet, run-on it is very challenging, but at the same time it’s worth it. Eating a healthy diet is one of the best decisions a person can make for his/her life because it will increase you’re his/her productivity, improve you’re   his/her mood and you he/she might live longer. Do not use 2nd person in academic writing.  The introduction could benefit from some actual background about what a bad diet does to a person and what it might consist of.

No extra space between paragraphs.  Transition needed here.

A car needs good quality of gas to be efficient, Run-on it is also the same for us, but the difference is that we need good food instead of gas. A healthy diet can make you more productive at work. An article published on in 2012 by Population Health Management found that “eating an unhealthy diet puts you at 66% increased of productivity loss.  Where is the end of the quote and where is your in-text citation? Another study in the journal of Occupation and Environmental Medicine found that an unhealthy diet represented the highest risk for low productivity out of 19 possible risk factors, including lack of exercise chronic pain and financial instability.  Also needs an in-text citation.  If you do not cite, it is plagiarism.  Nformation about how to cite in-text may be found in our textbook, starting on page 391 and contuing onwards.  Please refer to that section.  Add more information/details as you want 8-10 sentences minimum in each body paragraph.

You need a transition to the next paragraph.

Do not skip extra space.

àEating correctly will help you feel better most of the days, run-on it will help you fight stress, depression and will help you maintain a stable blood sugar. Everything you eat will affect your brain as well as the parts that control the mood. I remember after switching to a healthier eating, I wake started waking up in the morning with more energy and a better mood, better sleep, less joint pain, and a better ability to stay focused. (remain in the same tense) Sometimes, it took metill  the end of the day to realize that I didn’t drink any coffee.

The paragraph is too short.  You need 8-10 sentences.  Give more anecdotal dtails or look for more facts to support your point.

According to a study in the journal of the American Geriatrics Society, “A diet of fruit and vegetables, in combination with exercise, was associated with extended life expectancy for women in their 70s.It is important to know that a healthy diet plays a large role on how long you’ll live because diseases are a big factor that lower our life expectancy. Eating healthy can prevent so many diseases. You need an in-text citation.  A signal phrase is not enough!  This is way too short.  Go for 8-10 sentences,  Ad moe facts and details.  What constitutes a healthy diet for most people?  How should we get these things.  You just don’t give much information.

After all the above, we can conclude that there is a lot of benefits of eating a healthy diet, run-on everyone would like to live longer, having a happy life and save money at the doctor.

Insufficient conclusion.  It should contain a full review of all main points.

Work on paragraph length and citations.  You need an in-text citation for each source you use and you also must have a works cited page.  Otherwise, your work is plagiarized.  A small signal phrase doesn’t work!  See the text book for directions on citation.

Be sure to indent all paragraphs and not to skip extra space.Work on the introduction and conclusion.

Your grammar needs attention, particularly run-ons.
