Description

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! DO NOT POST A DIFFERENT TYPE OF BUSINESS THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PLANOGRAMS..

Conduct an internal and external environmental analysis for your proposed business that you began writing about in week 2. This is the second portion of the strategic plan.

Consider the forces and trends below that must be takn into consideration while developing a strategic plan. Given today’s business environment and your selected business idea that you began writing about last week, prepare a SWOTT analysis for each of the items listed below. There are two portions of this assignment: (1) Submit a fully completed SWOTT matrix using the template located in the course materials forum; also (2) submit a written analysis (separate attachment) via a Microsoft Word document. Submit both documents to the assignments tab.

Part I: Create a SWOTT table summarizing your findings. Your environmental analysis should take into account, at a minimum, 7 of the factors below, of which Legal and Regulatory and Economic are required. The other five factors may be chosen at your discretion, using a mix of external and internal factors.

For each factor, identify the one primary strength, weakness, opportunity, threat, and trend, and include it in your table. Note that the expanded (SWOTT) is used in this course, as opposed to the “SWOT” you will find in other areas. For this course we include Trends (the last T in the acronym).

  • External forces and trends considerations:

  • Legal and regulatory
  • Global
  • Economic
  • Technological
  • Innovation
  • Social
  • Environmental
  • Competitive analysis

  • Internal forces and trends considerations:

  • Strategy
  • Structures
  • Processes and systems
  • Resources
  • Goals
  • Strategic capabilities
  • Culture
  • Technologies
  • Innovations
  • Intellectual property
  • Leadership

Part II: Write a 1,400- to 1,750-word synopsis in which you analyze the seven of the forces and trends identified in the SWOTT matrix from the list above. Your analysis must include the following:

  • Include economic as well as legal and regulatory forces and trends.
  • Critique how well the organization adapts to change.
  • Analyze the supply chain operations of the organization.
  • Identify issues and/or opportunities:

  • Identify the major issues and/or opportunities that the company faces based on your analysis above.
  • Generate a hypothesis surrounding each issue and research questions to use for conducting analysis.
  • Identify the circumstances surrounding each issue; classify the circumstances; attribute the importance of each classification; and test the accuracy of the importance for each classification.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

Include at least 2 references, one of which must be the course  textbook.

PLEASE NOTE I AM DOING THE BUSINESS ON PERFECT IMAGE PLANOGRAMS. DO NOT POST ANYTHING BUT ON THIS BUSINESS.. ALSO THE SWOTT MATRIX IS ATTACHED FILL IT OUT AND POST WITH THE WRITING.. I HAVE ATTACHED MY WEEK 2 WRITING.. ANY QUESTIONS ASK
