Description

Must be original, must have reference, must pass plagiarism, and each question must have 150 word count.

Question #1: (Juvenile Justice)

Do you favor the liberal or conservative approach to juvenile justice and should we continue to certify juveniles as adults? Provide evidence to support your position

Question #2: (A case)

The issue of certifying a juvenile as an adult is one that I have some experience with.  I have the distinction of having represented the youngest individual in the State of Texas to be certified as an adult on a Capital Murder charge.  I will give you some facts and you tell me what you would have done.

Firstly, this individual was part of a group of juveniles who car jacked a vehicle and while doing this the driver was shot and died.  What information would you need to determine if the juvenile should be in the adult or juvenile system?

Question #3: (Judiciary as a 'Super Legislature')

The judiciary has been called a "super legislature" based on its ability to change policy.  Is this a good thing? Give examples to support your position
